PeopleNTech Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to PeopleNTech. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your admission.

1. Enrollment & Admission

• Admission to any course is subject to availability and the fulfillment of eligibility criteria set by PeopleNTech.
• Prospective students must provide accurate and complete information during the admission process. Any false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of admission without a refund.
• Admission is confirmed only after payment of the full course fee.

2. Course Fees & Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of classes, unless an installment plan has been agreed upon by PeopleNTech.
• PeopleNTech reserves the right to change course fees at any time. However, changes will not apply to students who have already completed their admission.
• Payments must be made using the methods specified by PeopleNTech. Additional processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.

3. Course Cancellation & Changes

• PeopleNTech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if required. In the event of a batch or course cancellation, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course. Authority may change the time schedule and students can do same course with another batch or same time for next batch. 
• Any changes to course schedules, content, or instructors will be communicated to enrolled students as early as possible.
• PeopleNTech may change the course curriculum to enhance training quality, and such updates will be shared with students in a timely manner.

4. Attendance & Participation

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate in the learning process.
• Absences will affect the student’s ability to complete the course and receive certification. Instructors may provide make-up sessions at their discretion, but PeopleNTech is not obligated to offer them.
• Students must adhere to the code of conduct while attending classes, both online and in person. Disruptive behavior or violation of the code of conduct may lead to disciplinary action, including removal from the course without a refund.

5. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

• Course materials provided by PeopleNTech, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and study guides, are the intellectual property of PeopleNTech. Students may not copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Unauthorized sharing of course materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Certification

• Certificates will be awarded to students who successfully complete the course requirements, including attendance, assessments, and projects.
• PeopleNTech reserves the right to withhold certificates if a student does not meet the required standards.

7. Refund Policy

• Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on conditions related to refunds. Note that no refunds will be provided after admission unless stated otherwise in the policy.

8. Privacy & Data Security

• PeopleNTech respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By enrolling, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• PeopleNTech will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to provide services to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

• PeopleNTech aims to provide quality education and training; however, it does not guarantee specific outcomes, including job placements or promotions, following the completion of courses.
• PeopleNTech is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by interruptions to classes due to technical issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

10. Modification of Terms

• PeopleNTech reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes, but it is their responsibility to stay informed about current terms.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through negotiation.
